Topic:Parakeets

Group Members:Carol and Tori

Hypothesis guiding the project:We predict the parakeet will react to different noises.

Overview of the three required learning activities:
1.Observe the parakeet
2.web site
3. interview with an educated person.

Findings (list)
1. The parakeet didn't react to talking.
2. The parakeet whistled when the hermonica was being played.
3. Cherping was observed when rock music being played loud.
4. As the parakeet heard whistling he whistled along.

Conclusion: Our hypothesis was proven correct.

Questions raised for further study:
1. How might the location of the parakeet cause different reactions?
2. Can being in captivity change reactions?
